Episode 13. Kindness, Compassion and Why New Years Resolutions Rarely Last!
In this end of year review, I talk about kindness and compassion. Why it's good for us and the benefits we can see when we are kind to both self and others. I also discuss visibility and how a recent tweet I sent out into the world about THAT Netflix documentary (the Meghan and Harry one) got me thinking about negativity bias. Finally, I discuss why I believe new years resolutions are often unhelpful and a few tweaks you can make to the intentions you are setting for 2023. In the bonus reflective section, I pose 5 questions for you to journal on as you bring 2022 to a close. Thank you to all who have supported me in 2022. I have a full and grateful heart.
